Refund policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing time:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as posting times can vary.
  • Contact your bank for further details.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@axiometa.ai.

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged due to our error. If you receive a refund, any return shipping costs paid by us may be deducted from your refund.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
