United States Orders
- Shipped from our US fulfillment center.
- Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other local partners.
- Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US.
European Union Orders
- Shipped from our EU fulfillment center.
- Carriers may include DPD, FedEx, local post, or other partners.
- Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the EU.
Processing and Delivery Times
- All orders are processed within 0-1 business days.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- Global shipping delays (e.g. due to COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may also impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Axiometa is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, or other charges incurred during or after shipping. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
