Terms of service
These terms apply to the Axiometa online store at www.axiometa.io, operated by Axiometa Inc in the United States. “Axiometa,” “we” and “us” refer to Axiometa Inc.
Using the store
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information when placing an order. Do not interfere with the store’s security, misuse its services or infringe the rights of other people.
Products and orders
Product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information and included items are shown on the relevant product page. Review these details before ordering, including any separately sold adapters or accessories needed for your intended use.
Follow the product documentation, electrical ratings and handling instructions when using our hardware.
Prices, available payment methods, shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are displayed during checkout. International orders may incur additional import charges as described in our shipping policy.
If an availability, pricing or order-processing issue affects your order, we will contact you. If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, we will refund any payment collected for the canceled items.
Shipping and returns
Orders currently ship from the United States. Our shipping policy explains processing, delivery estimates and tracking.
Our refund policy explains our 14-day return window after delivery and how to contact us about damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Privacy and cookies
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. You can review or change optional cookie choices using “Cookie preferences” in the store footer. Visiting the store does not by itself constitute consent to optional cookies.
Content and intellectual property
Axiometa’s branding, store content and other protected materials belong to Axiometa or their respective owners. Do not use them in ways that infringe intellectual property rights.
Software, example code, documentation or hardware designs published under a separate license remain governed by that license. These terms do not remove permissions granted under those licenses.
Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify and may link to other websites or services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Links to third-party content do not mean we control or endorse everything on those sites.
Information and availability
We work to keep product and store information accurate, but errors or interruptions can occur. We may correct information or update the store. If a correction affects an existing order, we will contact you rather than assume you accept a material change.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Changes to these terms do not remove rights relating to orders you have already placed.
